New slideshow video honors the late hip-hop innovator DJ Screw.

It's been a while since my last post.  I've been working on this idea for a months.  It's a new slideshow video that features a couple African creatures that were "screwed & skinned" meaning I didn't added their flesh and fur and only drew them in their skeletal forms. It's an extremely weird and wicket idea that I always attempted no matter how difficult and complex will it be for me to construct every animal skeleton and make them look alive and mobile.  It turned to be extremely fun and I will very likely do execute more.  However, these crazy illustrations were specially made for a tribute to a innovative hip-hop dj who influenced me to develop this idea.  He goes by the name of Robert Earl Davis who was famously known as the original southern hip-hop pioneer DJ Screw who invented a style format of dj'ing called "Chopped and Screwed".  DJ Screw; a club dj based in Houston built his career out of slowing down, mixing and chopping up songs from various rap artists to make mix tapes for the clubs and mixing his slowed down versions for various rap artists in the south.  He has been heavily prolific at dj'ing and producing mixtapes until his untimely death on November 16, 2000.  This year marks his 20th year anniversary of his passing and ever since his untimely death, his music has impacted the entire music industry & culture.  To me I shall consider him a genius.  So if I were to put together my next slideshow containing skeletal creatures & call entitle this "screwed and skinned", I have to make sure I pay homage to the hip-hop legend who set the trend for musicians and artists like me.  So here it is deviants.  "Screwed & Skinned" - A wildlife art tribute to DJ Screw (RIP 1971-2000)  I even added a rap song to play in the backgound called Bouncin' and Swangin' by Houston rap artist E.S.G. but this is the chopped and screwed version mixed by DJ Screw.  So enjoy this slideshow.  I might not post again for a while but I'm more active on Instagram so be sure to follow me @worldofmiguelsalvador.  You will get to see more art and stuff.  Happy holidays and ya be safe out there.  2020 sure has been awfully shitty due to this pandemic but we will get through this.  Stay healthy and be safe and cool.  Taaa...
